PACKAGES:

One time analysis- A complete overview of your business completed in one month.  You will receive a review of and suggestions on the following items: product packaging and presentation, untapped sales venues, and grassroots promotions you can complete yourself. In addition, you will receive a user-friendly list of distributors and press contacts to more efficiently and completely hit all the contacts your growing business requires. 

Trial- You have to start somewhere!  You will receive all the business advice you could ever want.  We will spend a couple hours a month working to expand your line into new sales venues as well as work with existing customers to carry your line more deeply.

Beginner-  Let us cover the basics!  Sphinx will handle all distributor sales contacts as well as be your media point of contact.  Let us analyze your production schedule to see where extra publicity is needed.  We will create, but not implement promotions ideas. In addition, Sphinx will handle creation of all press releases.

Advanced- The basics and a little more! This option includes all of the beginner package and adds in the following: implementation of ongoing promotions and marketing strategies including conventions, mailing of review copies, and creation of new avenues of retailer contact.

Expert- Yes, you really can outsource most of your business related tasks!  This level of service includes everything in the previous packages, and then includes the items that have been on your to do list for far too long!  We will establish and create promotions with co-licensees. Let us review and pursue licensing and translation possibilities.  We will pursue mass market exposure and any secondary markets for your products. (Example: Your product is a racing game.  We will see if we can get you into auto parts or racing related stores as opposed to your primary market of game retailers.)
